Here is the latest revision of the clubhouse plans for the Garipay site. Major changes since the 2000 era Garipay design are primarily the redesign of the lower level and the elimination of the clearstories above the Dartmouth locker rooms and use of the space in the trophy room and combined office.In the basement (locker room level) a single trainers room is now located on the outside wall between parallel men's & women's entry doors and only 2 extra locker rooms (visiting teams on game days, C team & 'shmen for practice). Showers have increased from 6 to 8+. Also the stairs to the mezzanine have changed from a circular stairway to a traditional stair.
On the upper level, notice how much extra floor space there is on the deck side, since the locker rooms are 1 story and what was formerly the second story over part of the locker room (a clearstory) that was a empty area on the upper floor clear down to locker room below, is now additional upper floor space. On the east side, this is added to the trophy room. On the west side, this is now one big coaches' office. Note that the trophy room is open to the Club room, allowing extra seating/mingling area.
